Annual Periodised Training Programme

The annual periodised training programme lays out the macro, meso and micro cycles throughout the year. It also includes the emphasis of the training intensity, volume and peaking, with values which are stated in the key below (table 11). The goals are inline with the athlete analysis, for the time periods stated throughout the year. Also the testing periods are stated.
